Tom Todak has been representing home buyers and sellers in Orange County for the past 29 years, helping hundreds of families realize their dreams of home ownership.

After graduating from Canyon High School in 1977, Tom became a highly skilled machinist for the aviation and oil drilling industries. When the companies he worked for either relocated to other states or shut down their operations, he decided to change careers and learn the intricacies of the real estate business in Southern California. Tom's strong work ethic and his open, straightforward approach to working with clients quickly propelled him to the ranks of the Top 7% of Realtors nationwide.

During the height of the financial crisis, from 2007 to 2012, Bank of America and OneWest Bank relied on Tom to provide Broker Price Opinions on the values of more than 330 foreclosures. He also represented the banks in selling many of these properties.

Tom has been a resident of the city of Orange for 35 years. He and his wife, Kelly, and their two daughters live in a mid-century classic home east of Old Towne. The girls attend Linda Vista Elementary School in Orange, where Kelly is on the PTA Executive Board.

An avid fan of cars and auto racing, Tom has been an active member of the Pantera Owners Club of America (POCA) and Team Pantera Orange County (TPOC) for the past 22 years. He enjoys fabricating parts for his Toyota World Sports Racer, which he occasionally races at Willow Springs and Chuckwalla Valley Raceway.
